The sixth Smoke Down Prohibition happened on June 30, 2013 in Philadelphia, PA. The police state turned out in greater strength than ever. They put on an overwhelming show of force. There were several arrests but fortunately no one was hurt.

On June 8, 2013 Darren Wolfe, otherwise known as The International Libertarian, talks about taxes and tyranny using Henry David Thoreau's perspective. During the Smoke Down Prohibition civil disobedience event, Joint Summit with President Choom, Adam Kokesh was arrested. At first it seemed like
the police weren't going to arrest anyone. Then they came back for Adam. He is the host of Adam vs the Man, an Internet news and commentary show.
At Smokedown Prohibition V Adam Kokesh is targeted for arrest even though it is obvious he isn't smoking marijuana. This happened on May 18, 2013 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, PA.
