Smokedown Prohibition V: Adam Kokesh and NA Poe Arrested (video and pictures)

At Smokedown Prohibition V Adam Kokesh is targeted for arrest even though it is obvious he isn't smoking marijuana. This happened on May 18, 2013 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, PA.

Update: Monday, May 20,2013 - Adam has been charged with felony assault on a federal officer. No bail set, his detention hearing is set for Thursday, May 23, 2013. See http://freeadam.net/2013/05/20/adam-kokesh-accused-felony/
